Repair Book from 55013 whilst based at Haymarket TMD (HA).
The Book was new to the locomotive during September 1979.
55013 (D9013) Was Withdrawn on 20th December 1981,following an engine failure that occurred at Wood Green on the 16th December 1981.
On 23rd January 1982 55013 was taken to Doncaster works for component recovery and was eventually scrapped on site by BR during December 1982.
